Shufflebottom have constructed a steel-framed ash store for the
Aberthaw Power Station at Barry near Cardiff, Wales. The store
required both hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, a total of 472
tons. Aberthaw was built as a coal-fired power station, but is
using increasing proportions of biofuels in order to make power
generation a more environment-friendly process.
