Chef Nick Nairn, frequently on TV demonstrating and promoting
the cuisine of his native Scotland, chose a Shufflebottom building
for his cookery school at Port of Menteith in
the Trossach Mountains of Perthshire. The school offers courses for
enthusiastic cooks, and encourages the use of fresh local
ingredients.
