Dean and Dyball was appointed to construct 17,000 sq ft of workshops and offices for young enterprise, and a further 7,000 sq ft of larger workshops for businesses wishing to expand, at Delta Lakes, Llanelli. In turn Dean and Dyball awarded the contract for the steelwork to Shufflebottom to supply and erect Unit A which was 33 tons of hot rolled and 11 tons of cold rolled steel and Unit B was 17.5 tons of hot rolled and 64 tons of cold rolled steel.
