Shopping centre at Princess Way, Swansea, Wales: the provision of 400 tons of column and beam steel for a three-storey retail development, covering 70,000 square feet, on the site of the demolished David Evans department store, in central Swansea. The main contractor for the £6.2 million project is Dean and Dyball, which in March 2008 became part of the Balfour Beatty group. The new shopping centre is due for completion in late autumn 2008.
