Industrial Building with Mezzanine on Jersey
A double-span hipped steel-framed industrial building with a mezzanine floor was constructed for James and Clifford Langlois at St Saviour, Jersey.
The building is 33.5m long and 64.4m wide, and 5.182m high to the eaves. The steelwork has a hot dipped galvanised finish.
Roof cladding is 0.5mm plastic coated box profile Kingspan80mm composite insulated panels. Polycarbonate multiwall rooflights cover one-tenth of the roof area. Side cladding is 0.5mm plastic coated box profile Kingspan 60mm composite insulated panels.
There are three remotely controlled roller shutter doors 6m by 4.5m, and another one 5.583m by 4.5m. In addition there are six disabled-access personnel doors.
