With a total of 17 bays each of 6m, the building's shorter section is 35m wide and the longer one is 30m wide. Features include the Shufflebottom galvanised eaves beam gutter system, Ultrazed purlins, steelwork shotblast to B.S. SA 2.5 painted with 75 micron zinc phosphate high-build primer, seven disabled-access personel doors, and concrete panels 2m high to both sides and one gable end. The panels are 95mm thick except at two bays where they are 145mm thick.

The roof, with 204 lights, is clad with 0.5mm Kingspan KS1000RW XL Forte leathergrain plastic-coated box profile over 40mm composite insulated panels. The walls also have this cladding.
