Rivermead Islands is a brand new, purpose-built student community offering luxury student living right next to Anglia Ruskin University’s Chelmsford campus. Shufflebottom was commissioned to manufacture and supply the structural steel for Block A (Point View) and Block B (The Lofts) by our longstanding client of over twenty-five years, Island Estates. We were also commissioned for the design, detailing and fabrication of two pedestrian bridges and block C is also underway which will demand a similar amount of steelwork as that for the blocks A and B.
