A First for Shufflebottom

Shufflebottom is pleased to say that it has recently manufactured and delivered an industrial steel-framed building of considerable size and scope direct to our customer, Weybridge Skip Hire.

Weybridge Skip Hire might be a well-known brand to you if you’re based in Surrey, SW London, or parts of Berkshire and Hampshire where its skips have been a familiar site going back as far as 1980. It is a family-run business, and a specialist in skip hire and waste removal for the residential and commercial sectors. It is a fully-accredited waste-carrier, approved by the Environment Agency and, in line with latest UK Government legislation, is committed to working safer, smarter and greener. It is striving to achieve zero waste landfill, recycling all waste wherever possible, and all its vehicles meet Euro 6 Low Emissions Standards.

As a company with such high profile and high aspirations, and also family-run like us at Shufflebottom, we were proud to have been commissioned by Weybridge Skip Hire to support them in the expansion of their business. The building we have recently delivered is for a waste transfer facility and is sited just inside the M25. The structure is 30m long x 30m wide x 14m high. It has a single-skin roof and side-cladding down to pre-stress concrete panels.

This is a first project for us with Weybridge Skip Hire but we are confident that we will work with them again as they continue to expand in the future.
