Win tickets for Prue Leith’s Nothing in Moderation Show

Shufflebottom is delighted to be able to offer you the chance to win a pair of tickets to see one of the UK’s best-known celebrities, Prue Leith, in her first-ever stage show tour. All you have to do is one of the following:

·       follow, retweet and like our tweet on Twitter

·       like our post on Instagram

·       like our page and like our post on Facebook

You’ll have to be quick as the tour starts on 3rd February so we will pick the lucky winner of the pair of tickets at random on 1st February.

Back in the autumn of 2022, when Prue announced the tour she said: “I’ve never done a stage show before and at 82, I’m probably nuts.” The show is aptly called Nothing in Moderation and takes in 45 venues across the UK, finishing up in London’s Palladium on 6th April.

It’s been termed a “frank, revealing, and very funny show” which will take audiences through the ups and downs of Prue’s career to date which includes cooking for royalty, and feeding the rich and famous. There promises to be something about poisoning, too! In the second half of each show, Clive Tulloh will join Dame Prue on stage to take questions from the audience. And our winner will be part of that audience in a venue of their choosing.

So this is a chance to celebrate Prue’s career to date: restaurateur, chef, caterer, television presenter, broadcaster, cookery writer, journalist, novelist, eleven-year judge of BBC2’s Great British Menu, and replaced Mary Berry on The Great British Bake Off when it moved to Channel 4 in 2017. We could run out of space for her CV and it’s no wonder she’s officially a Dame!

It’s also a chance for you to celebrate Shufflebottom’s delight in manufacturing, delivering and just this week, erecting, its first-ever steel-framed building for Prue and her husband, John Playfair, in the scenically beautiful Cotswolds.

Prue and John sought Shufflebottom out for their special project after a word-of-moth recommendation and it’s been a pleasure to work in partnership with Prue and John on this building from the concept stage right through to delivery. It’s an aesthetically pleasing building, 15m long x 10m wide x 5.5m to eaves, and sits perfectly in the Gloucestershire landscape.

So celebrate with us and take your chance to get to this hot-ticket, much-talked-about show. To get you in the mood, and to learn about Dame Prue’s show and the venue you might be heading to, please visit www.mickperrin.com/tours/prue-leith-nothing-in-moderation

Let’s celebrate!
