Shufflebottom wins Manufacturer of the Year at Made in Wales Awards 2026

Shufflebottom has been named Manufacturer of the Year (under £25m) at Insider Media’s Made in Wales Awards 2026, announced on 1 October.

The win follows our Manufacturing Business of the Year award at the Carmarthenshire Business Awards earlier this year, adding to the celebrations as we mark our 40th anniversary.

As a steel-framed building manufacturer based in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, we’re particularly proud to receive this recognition for Welsh manufacturing. For four decades, our team has designed, manufactured and supplied bespoke agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings for customers across the UK.

Behind every one of those buildings are colleagues whose experience and care make it possible. From the first customer conversation through to design, fabrication and delivery, each stage relies on people across the business working together. This award is something the whole team can take pride in.

Winning both a Carmarthenshire Business Award and a Made in Wales Award in our anniversary year makes this a particularly special moment for Shufflebottom, recognising our manufacturing business both locally and across Wales.

Thank you to our colleagues for their hard work, and to the customers, suppliers and partners who continue to support us. Congratulations, too, to the other winners and finalists at this year’s awards.

We are delighted that our win has automatically qualified us for a place at the Made in the UK finals in November too - watch this space for more news!
