Strengthening Leadership and Financial Capability to Support Growth
Shufflebottom continues to invest in its people and leadership structure to support long-term growth, enhance operational capability, and maintain the high standards of service our customers expect.
As part of this ongoing commitment, the business has recently strengthened its finance function and leadership capacity, ensuring it is well positioned for the next phase of development.
Expanding leadership capacity
A promotion for Will Garmey to Financial Director is a new role and marks an important step in strengthening Shufflebottom’s leadership team. The appointment increases leadership capacity across the business, supporting our growth plans and ongoing investment to deliver exceptional service to customers.
This development reflects the company’s focus on building a robust management structure that can scale alongside the business, while continuing to support teams and customers effectively.
Welcoming a new Company Accountant
Shufflebottom is also pleased to welcome Luke Ward, who has joined the business as Company Accountant, starting on 12th January 2026.
