Storing Woodchips for the National Trust
The National Trust in England selected a Shufflebottom shotblast steel-frame timber-clad building, 15.3m by 7.3m, to store woodchips at Stowe Landscape Gardens, Buckingham.
The cladding is horizontal shiplap boarding with treated timber side rails. Pre-stressed concrete panels, 140mm thick and 2 metres high, are on three sides. The roof cladding is 0.7mm single-skin plastic-coated box profile with fleece back membrane.
