Expanded Livestock Housing

A pre-existing 60ft Shufflebottom building for livestock near Pebmarsh, Halstead, Essex, was extended by 115ft. 

The extended building is 40ft wide and 13ft to the eaves, and includes the Shufflebottom galvanised eaves beam gutter system. 

The grey P6R fibre cement roof cladding has six roof lights. The side adjoining the existing building is open, while the other three are clad to 7ft 6in below eaves level with vertical treated timber Yorkshire boarding with treated timber side rails. Pre-stressed concrete panels 95mm thick are below the Yorkshire boarding.
